I love making truffles. They seem complicated and fancy, but really are very simple to make. Annie at Living Life Foodcariously chose Hazelnut Truffles for this week's Sweet Melissa Sunday bake date.
These truffles were delicious and the splash of Frangelico added great depth of flavor. I loved that the hazelnuts both studded the inside of the truffle and coated the outside. Another great recipe from Melissa's book! Check out the recipe here.
Your truffles look amazing!
