Chocolate mousse is one of the items on my last meal menu. I love it! I love the artificially packaged stuff I had on plane as much as the real deal I ate in France. Basically, I haven't met a mousse I don't like!
Spike at Spike Bakes (you can find the recipe at her blog) chose Easy Chocolate Mousse for this week's Sweet Melissa Sunday's recipe. The recipe was fairly easy although it does involve several steps. The end result is a sink full of dirty bowls and one bowl full of light-as-a-cloud mousse that is divine. My husband doesn't necessarily share my love of all things mousse, but loved this!

I agree with you completely - this is a super simple recipe but one that yields plenty of dirty dishes! Your mousse looks terrific and while I'm not a mousse fan, my husband raved about it!
